Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form, and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use that OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes about 3 minutes.
Entering the wrong password five times in a row may temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. Wait 30 minutes for the lock to lift, or contact our support team. Email support@9999bd.wine for a quick resolution.
If you'd rather not log in every time, check the "Remember Me" box. Your session will stay saved on your device, so you can jump straight in next time. Just avoid using this option on shared devices.
Yes, logging in to 9999 bd on mobile is completely safe. Our site is secured with an SSL certificate that encrypts your login credentials, so no one can intercept your information. Just be cautious when using public Wi-Fi.
For extra security, you can enable two-factor authentication on your account. In addition to your password, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify each login. This feature can be turned on in your account settings. With 2FA active, even if someone knows your password, they still won't be able to access your account.
You can log in to 9999 bd from multiple devices at the same time. However, do not share your account access with anyone else. Never share your password to keep your account secure.
If you're having trouble logging in, first make sure you're entering the correct mobile number or email. Check your internet connection, then try clearing your browser cache and logging in again. If the issue persists, reach out to our 24/7 support team.
