Each bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Your original deposited funds will always remain intact.

A bet is only valid once a confirmation is received from the system. If confirmation is not received due to a lost connection or any other reason, the bet will be considered void. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface. The system will automatically reject any bet that falls outside the allowed range.
In Sports Betting, if the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the system will display the updated odds. You may cancel the bet if the new odds are not acceptable to you.
